I have avoided therapy for 30 years because of the lack of a good match. Due to the 2020-2021 politics and pandemic, I was no longer able to avoid. I was not super convinced this would be different, particularly since the reviews are not all that good. However, I will 100% recommend Dr. Chaudhry for his expert diagnosis (ptsd/domestic violence/trauma in my teens), ability to explain to me what I needed (not a med pusher!) and to recommend Jillian for therapy. I've been my best self for the last 3 months, thanks to Dr. C and Jillian at Solace. Staff has always been responsive, professional, and helpful.

I am most impressed by Dr, Chaudhry. If you’re not ready to face your demon he’s not for you, if you’re ready he is the Dr. you’re looking for.
I am so impressed by his approach, analogies, and to the point behavior. Not at all arrogant or belittling as I am reading in the comments, I am a middle aged woman and found his warm honesty refreshing.
Of the 3 Psychiatrists and 2 Cognitive Therapists I have seen, Dr. Chaudhry was the perfect mix of both.
I highly recommend him if you are looking for healing and not a bandaid in a bottle.

All those negative reviews: bogus. Dr Chaudhry isn't about small talk, lengthy ramblings, etc. He compassionately and empathetically forces the patient to answer questions with 100% honesty. Most people aren't able to do that. They fight his help . In order for one to be diagnosed and put on the path of healing and recovery, one must accept the old adage that 'the truth hurts'. Yet, those who are committed to dropping the walls to let him in will find he is a superb quick-thinking diagnostician. The naysayers have, unfortunately for them, lost the best opportunity to for direct, accelerated recovery.
Leave your ego at the door and get to work.

    Courteous, Kind and Caring.
Dr. Chaudhry has a unique and effective approach in helping folks that may be feeling hopeless. After many decades of suffering - feel I now have a fighting chance. (Staff are warm hearted and look for ways to help). Very grateful to the Doctors that recommended Dr. Chaudhry.

Dr. Chaudhry's approach to mental health and medication is refreshing. He is professional, personable and pragmatic. My first appt. went quite well and I already have a plan in place, a therapist and a nurse practitioner. My goal is to someday be medication-free and Dr. Chaudhry shares that same goal.
