From everything to listening to me and my husbands demands and she looked everywhere. Within two weeks she found us a place to call home! We have now been happily in our home for three years and she still checks up on us. As our family grows we will look into moving to a bigger home and I will definitely contact her again! Side note: When I mean she goes above and beyond she helped my mom to move into her new home after my dad passed and also helped my sister to find her first home! “Came in due to a check engine light and a possible bad battery. James helped me out and he was awesome. Came out to my car and read the code for me and wrote it down. I asked him if I should get the battery replaced and he told me he thinks the engine light issue might be related to the battery problem and suggest I get that addressed first. He could have very easily said yes and tried to sell me a battery I might not need but instead he was honest and I will be coming back for all my future auto parts needs. Oh and it was all free! Dealership wants $125 just to read the codes. Thanks for the excellent service and honesty!”

However, I’ve been with Towne Storage on Charleston Boulevard for almost a year and I can’t say enough glowing things about it. It’s always clean. It’s secure. Every light works every day. Oh and, most importantly, Sharon, in the office, makes this place run like a well oiled machine. I’ve never had an issue that she couldn’t handle immediately. She always has a solution at the ready. I love having the ability to rent a U-Haul, when necessary, right there on site. I can’t imagine having a unit anywhere else now.”
