“We spent a beautiful night here in January, 2022 This was our first experience at this base. It’s my favorite base campsite of all the ones we’ve been to so far in Florida. We set our tent up facing the water and the sunset was sublime. Clean facilities and friendly folks all around us. You can’t beat the views here, we love seeing all the ships in distance. Big tankers and other large ships passing by ensure it is never boring. We shall return!”

“I love Normandy Estates, the staff is amazing, they cleaned this park up so good i can have guests over and not feel ashamed. people here complaint because they want free things. the office doesnt have to give us anything they are giving us a beautiful community what more can we ask for. all these lies and complaints people are spreading is a bunch of bull. you have a manager who comes out at night and drive around to make sure the community is safe, we have security who walks on foot to check the community. the residents here want things but they dont want to help or take care of their homes. i love this community now and i love the staff. they are super nice and helpful and always answers questions .. “From the minute I walked in the staff was absolutely amazing, helpful, and friendly. The park is nicely manicured. Clubhouse is great with amazing showers and bathrooms that are cleaned 4 times a day. The pool is beautiful along with a gorgeous catch and release lake. Everyone is super friendly. I have two school age kids and they love love it here. I’m SO GLAD We chose this place over Flamingo Lake. There’s no other place I’d rather be while I build /buy my forever home.”

“Great place to stay on the road. Priced well within reason. Looked for a place to stay in Jacksonville FL and found this place. Could not ask for better or Friendly staff. Has LP Gas refill station and laundry. Hospital within 3/4 of a mile just past overpass. This makes me feel good because I have a health condition and all within a 1/4 mile from the interstate exit. Food stores not to far eather. I will be staying there again. I stayed there for about two weeks and felt safe. There are some long time rental spaces there also.”
