“Our family had to make unexpected funeral arrangements for a young family member in Jacksonville. This was the first time we had to deal with anything like this. Tommy and the Peeples staff are absolutely wonderful, extremely patient, and made everything so easy. They compassionately went above and beyond during the worst time in our family's life. They were always available to speak with us whether that was in person or via phone and answered each and every question we had at any time. Tommy also did his best for us to be able to see our family member twice before the funeral service. Although this was difficult for the staff to accomplish, it meant the world to us and they recognized that so, in the end, we were able to see our family member. Most in this business are more concerned with making money and display a lack of humility, empathy, and compassion towards the grieving family, but not Peeples. They are also conveniently located and have a beautiful facility. No words can express how grateful we are of Tommy and his staff at Peeples Family Funeral Homes. We HIGHLY recommend them.”

There were 3 people in the office and they all took their time to search for them, draw me a map and explain exactly how to get there. Very friendly. “Our experience with them was great considering the circumstances. Robert was our director and knows the business. Everything went as planned and as we were told it would. No pressure sales, no confusion and all our questions were answered promptly. We used their facility for the viewing and the service. Very professional and compassionate. Only drawback is they don't have a limo for the family to follow behind the hearse. We used River Place Limo for that. Don't sign a contract until you talk with these folks.”

“This is one of Florida’s most beautiful cemetery’s and was founded in 1927. It is open from 7:30am to 5:30pm daily. Come visit and see where some of Jacksonville’s most prominent citizens chose as their final resting place. There is a beautiful funeral home located on the property as well as event center. They just added San Marco Estates which is a new burial area inside the existing Cemetery on beautiful land.”
