“After 2 years of being with ibs my opinion. Sandy is amazing a all around great therapist. Lovely woman and helps amazing goes at your pace and what’s best for you doesn’t push an agenda. Both facilities are great well maintained and clean. Receptionist are amazing if you ever can’t get ahold of one go call the other office the main building is always busy so it’s a little hard to reach because the receptionist handles a lot at once. If you can respect that Dr.Bhatti is busy and splits time between both facilities there shouldn’t be an issue. He’s a great man and wants to see you progress even tho he doesn’t express emotions a lot. He is reserved and some could take it as cold but he’s really great and jokes with you once he knows your personality. He’s very professional. My only negative is Bhatti comes off cold in the first few times of meeting him and how busy the original office is it hard to reach. Went through 2/3 of the treatments they offer all the staff associated with both is amazing and caring”

“The staff was very helpful when we suddenly had a tight turn around for cardiology clearance for my Mom's surgery. Even with a hurricane approaching, they made sure all of the appointments needed for clearance happened swiftly. The staff was also very courteous. I find this almost more important than the doctor because you talk to the staff more. The doctor and PA were thorough in their assessment of my Mom.”

“Love love love Dr Rajpal and her staff. She is all about taking care of her patients. My husband and I have been seeing her for a couple of years. She's not the doctor who will just take a guess, she wants proof! So she sends you for labwork and comes to a conclusion based upon actual results. I love this about her because it shows that she wants to get it right the first time. Another thing I love is she doesn't tell you want you want to hear, she tells you what you need to hear! She doesn't have us waiting all day in her office. Her staff is ALWAYS nice! And she has us in and out in no time! Straight and to the point!”

“This is absolutely my favorite pharmacy. I have a couple only few minutes from my house. I go out of my way to drive here for the amazing service and care. Everyone is pleasant, friendly, and great at their job. They know me by name. “Found this place by word of mouth, but word should really be out there. This place makes the BEST cakes! I ordered a 3-tiered cake for my wedding and it was both beautiful and delicious. “Checked my dad in last week around 8:30 pm, after long travel day from another state. He has been in some horrible places prior to this. EVERYONE from admissions process, to aides, nurses, rec therapist, asst administrator, social work, etc. has been enthusiastic, welcoming and over-the top providing of extra service.
