“Went to a store looking for men’s wallets and was directed here. Unfortunately, they said they carry wallets only during the holiday season. Fortunately, this menswear store was a hidden gem and so glad I went in. First of all, it’s been open almost 100 years and it’s a water front property, so beautiful. The salesmen (and owner) were so attentive and accommodating; even offering a cocktail while I shopped. They have such a fun, yet professional inventory. Suits, shoes, casual, golf, and athletic wear. I also believe they said they do in house alterations. Wonderful place and will definitely be back.”

“We love The Local. It's quickly become our favourite date night place. Everything on the menu is tasty, flavourful and unique! They also have some amazing local beers on tap. We love our regular server, Emily. Emily is not only a fantastic server, she is a wonderful conversationalist and a kindhearted and genuine person to boot! She's a gem. ? TL;DR: Really Tasty Food, Great Beer, wonderful hospitality. You can't go wrong.”
