“What could have been a typical box store operation. Wal-Mart employees are not normally known for their customer service skills. The extra stars are awarded due to the helpfulness shown by many of this staff and management. Most of them really know their stuff. Those who don't do their homework to learn more about the store and products carried. My wife and I have shopped here on many occasions. Being only two blocks away, it's the obvious choice. When this location opened we shared moderate expectations but have been pleasantly surprised through the years. This particular Wal-Mart is, in my opinion, the best out there. I do not know any of the employees personally or I'd give 'attaboys' when warranted. Happy Shopping Neighbors! I'll see you there!”

“Clean, well kept store inside and out. Fully stocked and employees always close by if assistance is needed. They don't have Tap 2 Pay but were more than happy to manually enter my card info. Better than the lake city home depot who flat out said "No, we don't do that" when they obviously do for phone sales”

“You could probably find slightly better deals with Walmart or some other big box store but Discount Tire's brand is around service. Whether it is great customer service (flexible appointments, walk in service) or the free rotations, flat repair or inspection (if you purchased your tire there), it's hard for me to see myself going elsewhere after 10+ years. I had a great experience today where the sales rep (Adam) replaced my trailer tire in under 4 minutes during a slower period of the day. Unfortunately, after looking at the receipt at home, I was charged for a Certificate for Refund/Replacement which was not communicated to me. Not a huge deal since it was $11, but that definitely lost a star for the Google review because I would have opted out if I was aware.”
