Louis at this location walked me through what shoes he thinks would be a good fit for me as well as having me use that machine to hone in pressure points that specific insoles would help alleviate. not only did I find a perfect pair of boots that came with a lace guard for sparks but insoles that make me feel like I'm on a cloud. I not only highly recommend red wing boots for my fellow workers out there but Louis at this location will go above and beyond to make sure you don't just like your boots, you'll love them.”

“Extremely nice cashier staff. Fitting room staff kind of passive aggressive. I’m still struggling about Ross’ bathrooms being locked out. Customers have to ask staff to enter the pin at the door to gain access to the bathroom. Families with children have to wait until a staff is willing to assist and children end up creating a bigger mess.”

I walked around and selected my items. Then joined the return line where the young lady assisted me. At first there was some confusion but she gor it figured out. Then I was on my way.
