The smaller class size allows for a lower student to teacher ratio, giving my son more confidence when asking questions, engaging in group activities, and plenty of opportunities for one-on-one time with his teacher. His teacher is passionate about engaging his interest and shares moments of pride when my son learns and grows. The school always has hands-on learning happening and STEM projects going on. The hands-on learning that takes place encourages my son to think outside of the box, explore problems and tools, and encourages interaction with nature to experiment and draw conclusions. Lingua also provides off-campus field trips, business fairs, holiday parties, winter gift shop, Lingua ranch market, pizza lunches, snow cone trucks, thanksgiving party, talent shows, barn care, building their own vegetable/herb garden, and that is only in the 3.5 months since the start of the school year. They also have a ton of afterschool activities to choose from. I love how involved the staff and owners are, and that they encourage parent participation and involvement as well. Lingua has been such a breathe of fresh air for our family!”

“I have been riding with Gayle just over two years now, and she is absolutely amazing! She genuinely cares about the rider, and their improvement. Although you may not be jumping right away, she will take the time to teach you the correct technique to make you and your horse an incredible team. She will always be honest with you, and will never put you in a scenario where she doesn't think you're ready. She fits each lesson to each individual rider! She also will mix each lesson up, and keep you on your toes (cough cough driving reins!!!) I also can't thank her enough for taking me trail riding, and allowing me to come and just hack for the day! For me this means the world, because I can't make it up as much as I would like to! She also will take lots of photos for you, and brag about you on her social media! No matter what your level is Cloudy Skies will take care of you!!”

“I took my 15 and 16 year old sisters here. The staff was amazing from the start. Since we were all beginners, we did the 1 hour trail (walk only) and the young woman (forgot her name) was a great teacher and guide. The horses were all well-trained and we never felt unsafe. My sisters and I felt comfortable exploring the trail with the horses. It was my 15 year old sister's birthday and Carol was incredibly sweet. She brought my sister a cowgirl hat to take pictures and she also treated us to cupcakes. She didn't have to do any of these things so we greatly appreciated it; my sisters didn't want to leave! I would definitely recommend doing the 2 hour trail because my sisters felt like the 1 hour trail was too short after they got the hang of riding the horses. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful start to my sister's birthday. Thank you for everything! We will definitely come back.”

I was nervous to start again and be the new girl at the barn but I felt welcome from Day #1 and quickly felt like a member of the barn family. Cristyan is a great Coach - he had me jumping with confidence again in a short time and even improving my skills to jump higher and better than ever before! I get to ride different horses and they are all wonderful - I am challenged and I absolutely love riding here!
