“Wow. I must say, Dr. Shanna Stephen, MD is one of the most incredible physicians I have ever made. This was my first encounter with her though my son has been going to Pediatric Associates for about a year now. She had a same day sick visit appointment and I am super glad God saw fit for us to take that appointment. Dr Stephen was polite, though she ran a little bit late, she apologize and seemed sincere. Dr Stephen is a great communicator, she is gentle, knowledgeable and professional. She read his chart beforehand and knew exactly what I was in for. Not only did she ask me questions about how he was feeling, she also asked him questions which made me feel happy because that shows she values him as a person that knows how he feels (he is 4 y/o for reference) and she was empathic. She conducted a thorough assessment of my son ears, nose and throat as he came in for a hospital follow-up for Strep Throat. She also asked me for the name of the medication my son was provided and she also looked at the weight to make sure the dosage was accurate. Dr Shanna Stephen possess all the qualities you need in a pediatrician. I will definitely make Dr Shanna Stephens my son and future kids doctor. “My husband was a patient here for a month. He arrived with a feeding tube and could barely sit up. Today he came home walking and eating normally again. The staff here was wonderful to him. They were caring and professional and quickly addressed any of our concerns. The food was very good, very tastily prepared, and his physical therapy was appropriate for his condition. There were even occasional activities and musical presentations, which he enjoyed. If you need skilled nursing care, I would recommend Covenant Care Village.”
