“The pool is nice and I appreciate the presence of a lifeguard, but some of the rules are lame. No masks (think snorkel type masks) in the pool. Ummm, why? What harm can come from an extra 2” piece of plastic covering one’s nose? Goggles are fine, masks are the Devil. Also, no toys in the pool. Like none. You know that cute scuba Barbie your daughter has? Well she has to leave her Malibu Beach butt up on a chair because they don’t allow her kind to swim here. I understand not allowing blow up floats, but what harm can come from a child bringing a small toy into the pool? They treat this pool like a bathtub for senior citizens instead of a family friendly environment that we pay monthly to enjoy.”

“Well the 5yr old likes parks with sand. The park has swings and ample climbing and lots of slides. We love the swirly slides (spirals). Right next to an airfield so we saw a dirigible aircraft and some small planes taking off and landing but it wasnt noisy.”

“Nice place to meditate or go jogging. One lap around the park is about a quarter mile, so it's great for running. They also have clean restrooms and a cold water fountain. Shaded pavilions and a playground area, too. Found this gem on Google maps under "parks by me". I will definitely visit again.”

“The best place to have a fun day of walking a trail or riding the bike trail. Plenty of trees to walk under and fun spots to fish. There's a large water park for the family to enjoy a splash of water fun! There's a fee on the weekend to access the park. The park is huge and RV Campers come out to park in their RV designated areas. There's an information center on premises for the public to visit for questions or to make reservations for park tables to have activities like parties, etc.”

“This park is very tranquil and pleasant. You can jump on the lake with your kayak or paddle board, watch the beautiful fish swim underwater, or just sit aside the water and enjoy the breeze. There is an advisory for snakes and alligators. Also, the park is for Silver Lakes residents, only.”
