The front office staff are some of the most efficient, competent, and kindest women I have ever met! They are experts on insurances and the treatment coordinator is truly the best. They offer some of the best prices for great quality service, that I have yet to find another office to compete with those prices. The treatment coordinator was very understanding of my financial situation and was willing to come up with payment plans as well as offer their trustworthy third-party payment plan services to see which one would best benefit my pocket. “This place was great for me and my wife only thing i can say not good about it is they dont let you work which can be a bad thing cause if you dont have a stable place to go for aftercare and you dont have funds then what are you gonna do?? Also wasnt a big fan of some of the techs there kinda talked to me like a kid at a few points here and there but the stuff was minor and can move past it but we were some of the last clients there because they shut it down moved to cocunot creek and they dont do php anymore also as for the review that said its the only place that is good not true been to another place that is good too just depends on what exactly it is that you want”

“Today was my first visit at Dr. Augustin Ducarmel’s medical center. I received a warm welcome by Sandra and her team. Dr. Ducarmel even introduced himself to me to ensure that I was well taken care of. They were very professional, they provided me with excellent and speedy service and gave me their undivided attention. I was impressed by how they were able to provide me with all of the services required and were able to do the same with the other patients that came in and out of that center. I observed a team of individuals that seem to be passionate about what they do, that considers each member of their team members as family. They build a good relationship with their patients who seemed to have also become a member of « Dr. Augustin Ducarmel’s medical center » family. I can tell Dr Pandya is very passionate about her patients, as she showed so much interest in caring for my mother in law and her needs. The medical assistants treated her so well and we’re very profesional. The office also has a pharmacy. She was great in helping us with her medications. Also great to know that the office provides courtesy transportation if needed. I’m very fortunate to have found such a great office as a primary care doctor for my mother in law since we are new to the area. Recently we also found out the office is getting renovated, I highly recommend giving them a try if your looking for a PCP”
