“I was in an accident last year and had lower back pain for months. The pain progressively got worse due to my herniated discs. The biggest issue was my L5-S1. The disc pushed out 5mm and was compressing a nerve which led to agonizing pain. I could not sit up for more than 5 minutes, couldn't walk too long, and spent months on bed rest.
