“Dr. Maldonado-Garcia is very compassionate and caring, she is incredibly knowledgeable and also relatable. She gave me a referral to a specialist after I requested it; which was very easy to set up as the office looked for a specialist that would work with my insurance on my behalf within a few days and I was able to extend it with ease, since I was never able to visit the specialist until after the original referral expired. Deborah Soto, the nurse practitioner is an amazing provider. I had scheduled an emergency appointment and she saw me on such short notice when my PCP was unavailable. She is very thorough, she really cares and takes her time and listens to you. Her bedside manner was amazing. Overall, she is one of the best providers I have ever been to. It is convenient that the office has many in house services, like they are able to do blood work for labs and they have an ultrasound technician, etc. The medical assistants are all very experienced, friendly and professional. Excellent phlebotomy skills. It is very easy to make an appointment, they have a call center with people - my favorite is Mercedes, whenever I speak to her she is always very positive, well-informed, helpful and kind! My only qualm with this office is like many other medical offices, the wait times are incredibly long. It is a very, very busy practice. The staff at the front desk are sometimes not the nicest, but they seem short staffed and over-worked so I don't blame them.”

“I took my mom (90) to watch 80 for Brady. There were 8 of us older ladies at a Tuesday matinee. We had the theater to ourselves. My mom uses a walker so we sat in the wheelchair section. My seat had a tear in it but it was comfy enough. The two young men at the concession were very nice. The price is right on Tuesdays!”

The entire staff is friendly, the office is ran efficiently, no long wait times, front office communicates any scheduling or insurance information necessary to make you feel included and comfortable with your visit. Dr. Schmidt's bedside manor is refreshingly nice and empathetic. He takes the time to explain your healthcare and your options. Overall, I would highly recommend this office to anyone.”

I have been utilizing the company for absolutely everything car related for the past 3 years and will never go elsewhere for countless reasons. More than a service, they provide and care about your experience.. as well as comfort and needs but without trying to break your bank like everyone else. I have been to many auto shops over the years, but none as trustworthy and efficient as Sammy and his team. I recently called them about something another shop made appear into a list of issues for a family member of mine, and instead, paid a few hundred bucks with Sammy without ever seeing the issue again. Their diagnosis, communication, and professionalism.. is 2nd to none. Everyone should understand it is their job to diagnose and point out issues, with it being your decision at the end of the day to repair what needs repairing.. this comes with a cost. “My first time with this dentist and was very glad I made the change. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The x-ray process was done efficiently and the cleaning even more and painless. Suggestions were made for possible work but without any pressure. Finally the dental hygienist stayed after the cleaning that I should continue my excellent dental hygiene. I do take real good care of my teeth, always have; but this was the first time in 40+ years anyone ever confirmed....and complimented this effort.”

“I am forever grateful for Dr. Michalewski. I was in unbearable pain on and off for years, went to so many gynecologists and they never had concrete answers. Dr. Michalewski immediately saw and suggested I remove a growing fibroid that was likely the culprit. He performed a laparoscopy myomectomy, removed a tangerine-sized fibroid through an incision in my belly button, and while he was inside, he removed my endometriosis as well. “Willow Bay managed to keep all of their residents and staff safe during Covid until August. That's almost 7 months. I know there is a review below this one rating the facility poorly due to Covid, however I want to offer a different view. At least three weeks prior to the governor's lock-down mandate, Willow Bay did just that. They stopped all outings for residents and visitors. The only times residents were allowed to leave the facility was for doctor appointments. That is what caused the outbreak. One of the residents caught Covid during their visit to the doctor. The staff at Willow Bay were able to contain it to only 5 other residents. My mother was one of those residents, and as a consequence, she died. AND I'M STILL GIVING A 5 STAR RATING TO WILLOW BAY! PS TENNESSEE”
