However, after speaking with Lauren and actually going there in person, she and the other office staff were very nice, professional and accommodating. I realized after looking at their "board" on the wall of people waiting for equipment that it is not their fault. It is due to the shortage of equipment available. The Doctor's exam followed by an explanation of what was happening inside my ear was quite enlightening.
