“Let me start by saying that I visited every gym in the area before I found this gem of a place, and I’m writing this review with the fear of my favorite gym getting overcrowded 🫣 but it wouldn’t be right for me to be selfish, so here it goes… This gym is well thought out, with great equipment and is impeccably clean… there are many classes everyday so it’s easy to make it work with whatever schedule you may have.. all the coaches are great at making you feel at home from your first class and making sure you understand each exercise and that you do them correctly… aside from having great energy and fitness knowledge, they are also great at motivating and pushing you to become your best. The community is another great part of working out here… everyone has positive vibes and is pushing each other to do better while having fun together. On top of all of this, after an hour of working out here, I always walk out feeling amazing and like I got more done then I would by spending 2-3 hours at a traditional gym. Doesn’t matter what your age, size or shape is, if your goal is to get fit while having fun and don’t want to waste your time, Fit4Lyfe is the right place… don’t waste another day thinking about it and just come join a class and see for yourself :)”

It’s so nice, I’ve been places where they are just constantly trying to up-sell you. Some places require their hygienist to spend only 30 min max with you - it’s not the case here! Hi This office truly is patient centered. Dr. Is conservative and not pushing you to buy things or do work you really don’t need. It’s clean and feels safe. Our family highly recommends!”

“I don't know where to even begin! First, I have to say that I look forward to every visit! Claire and Gabriella are like none other! They are like the friends you have had your entire life! I had been living with pain for YEARS but would not see a chiropractor because the snap, crackle, and pop method freaks me out! I was lucky enough to meet the team at Fall Festival, and I am so thankful that my husband pushed me to go find out what they were all about! I made a some claims and it was not looking good; Barry Sanders worked tirelessly to get my rate down from the triple cost quotes i was getting. He would not give up even though he was working to reduce my rate but would end up making him less money. I found Knight Insurance to be honest fair and work hard for their clients. Hard to find agents like these in this day and age.. great work guys ..I will be with you another 10 years!”
