“Juan went above and beyond today to help me with a cash deposit! I had a bunch of cash that had stuck together from old rubber bands and Juan insisted on making sure I could get all of the money deposited. He worked 20-30 minutes getting the money clean enough for the machines to process. I told him a few times that if it didnt work it was okay but he kept on working on it until it was good to deposit. The whole time he was so kind and patient working on the deposit and I’m glad he was there to help me today! :)”

“Ok. So I know Wells Fargo as a company has huge issues. This is about this specific branch. 3 people welcomed me in as I walked through the door. They gave me water with a smile as I was doing my transaction with a teller. They had Keurig coffee on the way out. There was a Christmas tree up. I don’t know what one expects from banking other than courteous service, but this branch was a very pleasant experience.”
