“This is the Smyrna branch of Del-One FCU. I have not seen a “bank” in many years that has this level of friendly and caring staff. They have always gone the extra mile to make sure that I am not just a customer, but a very satisfied and very happy customer. From the great teller staff to the Managers and other staff, they continue to surprise me with their level of attention to my needs and just good old fashioned customer service. I use their free change counter a couple of times a week. It is a nice bonus to everything else they do for the customer.”
