“I am not a big social media person but I am so glad I responded to an instagram post for a 40 day challenge to get acquainted with Salim and Red Zone in Weston. The workouts are incredible. I love pairing Isophit with the group fitness classes. Isophit is new for me. I am strangely really enjoying this intense 30 minute full body workout. I have been learning to push myself with static holds under tension and literally count down the seconds to a 15 second rest! Progressing through levels keeps things challenging and interesting. Essentially becoming comfortable not being comfortable. The 45 minute group fitness classes are well structured, challenging and change daily. The Maise classes are my personal favorite but I love them all! Salim is the perfect coach who pushes you hard but safely and with a great sense of humor. The facility is super clean, organized and has a great vibe. The gym members here are the best. A fun group of super nice people who enjoy working out. Red Zone is a keeper.”
