(October 22, 2018, 12:52 pm)This is the only fitness program I've ever been excited to do. The team in Norwalk does a wonderful job motivating you to do your best. One of the best decisions I made this year was starting classes here.
(October 5, 2018, 3:08 pm)I went there once for trial class but my boyfriend goes there regularly and I can definitely see changes in him. It is a small place but equipped with excellent exercising machines. What makes it stand out are their instructors. It is expensive, but worth it.!
