Every instructor is trained and educated to ensure your class is both engaging and motivating creating results both mentally and physically. This is truly a NO judgement environment anyone interested in their body and/or their spirit should experience.
(December 26, 2017, 9:15 pm)Holy Yoga is a beautiful little studio that is faith filled and an incredible experience! They offer many different styles of yoga and many workshops that are open to all. The spirit, love, and guiding inspiration the studio provides is unlike any other. I am blessed to have found them all.
