“The hotel is well kept, modern, and clean. My room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, including the front desk staff at check-in and the shuttle drivers. The hotel provides a shuttle, which we used to go to dinner in the evening and to get to our company office in the morning. This is a great service!”

Extended Stay of Danbury

Address: 4708, 17 Thorpe St Ext, Danbury, CT 06810, USA

Lodging

“This is a great place to stay. The owners keep the space around the hotel really clean and the entry and hallways are swept all the time. This hotel worked out really great for me because it had a refrigerator and cooktop; plus it has a laundry facility downstairs, so you don’t have to go to the laundromat. Road noise is a little loud, but overall, I would recommend it!”

“I stayed here for two weeks. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even opened the pool for me when I asked. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious! There is an Outback Steakhouse right next to it, also highly recommend. The hotel is located at 84 so you can easily reach it and start your tours from there. Also gas stations and a service station are located close to it. If you prefer to go by bus there is a bus stop too.”

“One of the best Holiday Inns (Express) that I have visited. Great reception staff, (was his name Moses???) And the rest of the staff are a great advert for the hotel, always seem to be in a good mood. Management...you are lucky to have them!!! The room was spotless, the internet very good, and as for the dining area where we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast..... Wish I could have stayed for longer????”

Ethan Allen Hotel

Address: 21 Lake Ave Ext, Danbury, CT 06811, USA

“Beautiful hotel, good food and excellent service. Our room was clean and overall very nice but it did have a strange smell of possibly cigarettes and mold. We didn't bother saying anything as we were only a brief overnight guest after a wedding. The wedding held at the hotel was beautiful.”

Hotel Zero Degrees Danbury

Address: 15 Milestone Rd, Danbury, CT 06810, USA

Lodging

“You've reached Connecticut.. A mediocre state at best which somehow thinks naming subs 'grinders' is somehow endearing. You fear the worst: a dreary, boredom filled stay a cookie cutter hotel chain while you go from suburban town to town, unable to differentiate them from each other, all while you run from the law for that double homicide you didn't commit but don't have an alibi for. Where do you stay before you continue on to Canada and a new life? Hotel Zero Degrees. The fresh air will help you clear your head. Their outdoor fire pits are excellent for pondering over your life and choices that led you here. The rooms offer you the likely last good sleep you will have for months while you spend the next few months sleeping in the woods, avoiding manhunt parties. Your life will crumble around you, but you will hold onto the memory of your night at Hotel Zero Degrees, and the wonderful stay it offered you.”

Super 8 by Wyndham Danbury

Address: 3 Lake Ave Ext, Danbury, CT 06811, USA

Lodging

“It's a super 8 so you know what you're buying but I loved that the non smoking rooms were actually non smoking and didn't smell like smoke like many other non smoking rooms I've stayed in before. The breakfast was the standard brown foods but still nice to have. The front desk was very kind.”
