“Our experience at Adventure Montessori has been satisfying from the very beginning. My grandson attends and absolutely loves his teacher, who has been nurturing, patient and loving through his whole transition into school. Plus, he's learning lots, even Spanish and Chinese and he's not quite 3 years old! The building itself, is beautiful and only 2 years old. I know the administration is always taking care to repair anything that has broken or isn't working quite right, which is often the case in a new building. The grounds are also beautiful and well maintained. The barnyard area is amazing! Overall, I can say that this is a high quality school with staff who really care about the children, emotionally and academically!”

“My son attended pre-k here and he absolutely loved it here as do I, his teachers were so kind especially Ms. Gabi, he became close to her the from the 1st day made it easy for him to see it was ok and stay. The admin. Ms. Fabi was also wonderful I loved how she would take time and check in on the littles one and she got to know us and my son and build a relationship. I also loved how it was a bilingual school because it is very important to me that my son speak Spanish. I'm EXTREMELY sad that we have to leave this school due to moving out of the state and so far I haven't found a school that compares to this one out where we are going. They gave my son the best experience he excited to go to kinder I just hope his new school won't kill it for him.”

“I've been wanting to get in guitar lessons for some time now but had no clue on where to start. Brett messaged me and set up a time for us to call so we can discuss classes and what he offers. The passion in his voice just speaking over the phone with him made me so excited and eager to start learning! I didn't have a guitar and he offered to take me to a guitar shop and help on his own time! As soon as I arrived at his studio I knew I was in the right place. He told me some different options and let me try out an acoustic guitar vs an electric to see what would be best for me. After him explaining in detail the difference and advantages of each one, he took me to a guitar shop where he personally found something both in my budget and that was great quality. He got me a fantastic deal and we didn't go over budget! I was very happy that he listened to my needs and wants while also using his expertise to find what was best. We then went back to his studio where he spent more time telling me about his program, and how to take care of my guitar. I was a bit doubtful learning something new but after this one visit the doubt in my mind is gone. I found that I am in great hands and I can't wait for my first lesson! Update: I've been now going to Brett since September and I am seriously SO AMAZED of what I can do now. Every lessons is more exciting than the last because of the huge amount of growth I've made in this past few months. Brett has a way of explaining things so well, I never thought I would be able to play guitar but he proved me wrong, very quickly. This is so worth the investment, I have a new love for playing guitar and music in general and I can't wait to see where I am just even in a few more months from now..! “New Vista is such a fantastic school. I learned so much, and the people at the school really do care. I went there all four years and graduated in 2016. While test prep is lacking, it allows concurrent enrollment at CU and Front Range as well as offering Front Range courses. The culminating projects that are required to graduate can teach students so much about future careers, and I recommend this that students pick something that will interest them and towards something they want to do in the future. Teachers are so sweet and supportive throughout the year, and they are passionate about their subjects. There are some teachers I prefer over others, but I've learned so much from all the teachers that I've had at my time there. There are credit requirements and required classes, but generally scheduling is pretty open. If students want to be prepared for college, I recommend taking some more advanced courses, such as the second half of Chemistry and Physics. Use the Front Range courses and try and do concurrent enrollment. If you want to attend school afterwards, I highly recommend College Writing because it will teach you so much towards writing and organizing school work and paragraphs as well as reading. These skills occur in real life and in all subjects of college. Teachers and admin at this school are fantastic, and students are very nice. This school has changed my life for the better, and the skills I learned from this school really helped with my first year of UCCS. Thanks for everything, New Vista. Please keep up the great work!”

“My twins are in their eighth year at Friends' School in Boulder. They have absolutely LOVED every year and are begging us to continue on into Friends’ middle school. “Our experience is with the elementary and middle school classes. Our student has attended Desiderata School for the past 1.5 years. Desiderata is not a traditional school environment. This is what makes it work well for us. Our child is considered twice exceptional (2E - gifted in some areas, and special needs in others). 2E students are often very hard to teach in a traditional public school setting. Desiderata offers an alternative educational setting for a variety of students that have been less than successful in the public school or home-school setting. For us the low student: teacher ratio, environment flexibility, caring teachers, peer acceptance, and assignments assigned at skill level vs. grade level, has allowed my student to thrive. Our child actually likes school now, opposed to before when going to school was a constant battle at home.”

“Swim float swim is one of the best things you can do for your child. Not only do you get peace of mind knowing your child has the ability to save their own life in water. But you also have a child that gets to enjoy the water instead of developing a fear to it. My sons favorite thing to do is go to our country club and swim.
