“I came to Aurora for work and have been asked to stay. While looking for an apartment I have stayed here almost a month and here is what I see.. The management has taken over for almost a year. Everyday they are working on making it better. That being said they have a lot of work ahead of them. It is probably not a vacation spot, but if it is a must it is a safe space that is improving a little at a time. Just remember they are over worked and probably under paid but that has not made them not care. They try to help you if they can. I have had 2 rooms and seen no sign of any bugs. You can not come here expecting a Hilton or double tree but if you just need off the street or out of the car, it is a blessing to have a place that can offer a safe roof over your head, no bugs, a place to shower and eat,.a reasonable rate, and management who puts up with a lot to keep it that way. I would come here again.”

“This hotel had really done some fixing up. Last year I was kinda in shock at how bad the time and service was, and wasn't sure if I wanted to give it another shot. I'm sure glad I did. Since coming to the new hotel the first thing I noticed was the renovation they did in the lobby. My first experience was with Ashley the new manager who may I say has a pleasant attitude awesome smile and a gentle demeanor, making me feel right at home. The second thing I noticed was the welcome gift. Man the snacks were definitely a treat. My husband I I booked the mini suite for a few nights and it was spacious and clean. We were thrilled with the fact it was inside! We liked it so much we decided to move to a weekly rate! Carrie, the am manager was super nice and attentive, Dakota was as well. Ashley you've done a bang up job getting this hotel back to par. I changed my rating from a 1 stay to a 4 1/2.”

“I am so thankful that I found Nadine and her rentals here in the Denver metro area. For the last 6 months I've been in a personal transition stage of my life and she was able me to find the perfect place to rent short term that felt cozy and at home. I had everything I needed from a coffee maker to comfy bedding and kitchen supplies and in addition, it was walking distance to everything from restaurants to groceries and even including the light rain train. Anything I needed, Nadine was on it right away! If you are looking for short-term rentals or just a place to get away for a week or so to enjoy Denver, I strongly recommend staying here. Plus in the summer there's a pool and sundeck!”

The pool was also really clean and a great place for my kids to get that extra energy out after being in the car for 10 hours. My only suggestion would be to have some sort of pancake or waffle option on the breakfast menu. Corn beef hash and on-demand omelettes are absolutely amazing, but it wasn’t some thing that interested my younger kids. Thank you guys again for the incredible service. I also want to mention that the hospitality staff for breakfast went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The gentleman that was making the omelettes really made my son‘s day and how he engaged with him and the wait staff made us feel like we were the only people eating breakfast this morning. Again, I really appreciate Embassy suites Put so much energy into hiring such great people. Thank you.”

“Nice large suite. Very clean. Website said full breakfast that wasn't right it was a grab and go in a paper sack. For the price I would have expected a view of something besides a concrete/wood wall. Also found out after checking in they also needed an extra $50 per night for a deposit that I may eventually get back in 10 days not thrilled that needs to be put in on the website in large letters. Very friendly employees. We had the king size suite. Was happy to see we had plenty of pillows and the bed was very comfortable. The room had its own heat and air worked great very comfortable did not have to keep changing it once we set it. It had a good sized flat screen TV which Best Western provided direct TV. It had a hideabed couch and a matching chair, also had a coffee table, a desk with a rolling desk chair several lamps and they all worked. They said it had a microwave and a refrigerator and both of those worked great. The bath towels and washcloths worked but when you're older and your skin is a lot more delicate I could have swore we were trying to dry with large pieces of sandpaper. Overall great room and service, and yes I would come here again except that I would definitely request a nice view, whether it be mountains or City Life. They also had a nice pool area but did not have time to try it out. Hope this helps others.”

“Not only was the hotel clean and well kept, the staff was kind and accommodating. Especially Celeste. We used their meeting room for a luncheon and when our catering service failed to supply the plates, serving utensils and flatware for our meal, she jumped in and loaned us serving utensils from their kitchen and plates and flatware so that our luncheon could move forward seamlessly. If you need a great, quiet place to stay I would recommend this hotel.”
