We needed some big ticket items to get the house saleable - electrical panel, outlets, and sewer replacement. Getting the sewer replaced with resistance from the abutting owner took literally months. Jan was able to recommend contractors for some work, and advise on other issues. Her many years in the business in Brighton meant that she had a relationship with lawyers on both sides, the permit department at the City of Brighton, and most of the contractors. That was a big benefit for me, being out of state. Nothing could have made this sale easy or pleasant, but Jan made it possible.”

“When you stay at hotels 20-60 nights a year, like I have in recent years (excl. 2020), you get to know what the standard is at a given price range. Cambria is definitely up to that standard: it's clean, the room /suite is very comfortable and has the amenities you would expect (well, actually, two TV sets in the room are above the standard). So, in that respect, it's an excellent hotel - as it should be. What made this an exceptional hotel was the front desk manager, a young lady by the name of Alison, who had an immediate solution to every problem or request I threw her way during my five night stay, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service. Wish there were more people like her. Would love to stay here again next time I'm in Denver.”

“It was mine and my boyfriends first time going so we didn’t really know what to expect. The front desk staff was very nice and could tell we were nervous so they kept us laughing. The room was very clean and nice. So much better than we expected. We absolutely loved the mirrors everywhere and the tub was amazing. We didn’t make it down to the pool mainly because it was so cold outside that night and in part to nerves but we’ve already decided that we will definitely be coming back and visiting the pool is definitely a priority next time.”

“Kastanek Plumbing is the only plumber I use for all of my plumbing needs - both for our home as well as our numerous investment properties. His prices are reasonable, and he genuinely cares about the quality of his work. When we've had a leak that required cutting into drywall, he's made the holes in such a way that the drywall is easily repaired afterwards by my handyman. If things get messy, he always tidies up behind himself. We've used him to install several hot water heaters now - at least five. As we have a vacancy, we're updating all of the shut off valves to the newer quarter turn style. IN some cases, there's no shut off's and we've had them installed. He's had to move two claw foot tubs to do this very thing, and those suckers are heavy! He's replaced several toilets and connected all the plumbing after we've replaced counters and cabinetry. He's also the guy we call when the gas stove's have to be re-connected after new flooring has been installed. Kastanek Plumbing gets a full five star rating from us!”

“Dan the bell man met us at the Airport and picked us up in the shuttle. There is not a kinder human I have met in a hotel stay. He was kind professional and courteous. We for in late and he offered to get us anything we needed (we had two small kids with us) he really went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. There was a issue with our booking and front desk solved it without a hitch. All and all a 10 out of ten would recommend and will be staying again. As long as I can book around Dan's work schedule.”

This Hampton Inn was superb, the bed was comfy, the room was nice and clean, plenty of towels in the bathroom and anytime we interacted with the staff, it was a pleasant experience. “Always love staying at a Hyatt Place. Consistent service and amenities. This property is starting to show it's age, but price was reflective of that. Our air conditioner wasn't working, but it wasn't a big deal because it was cool that night. My husband mentioned it off hand to the front desk just so they could fix it after we left, no big deal. When we got our bill they took a little off for the problem. It was not at all necessary or expected, but we appreciated it. Thank you! All around great experience.”

“One of the best places to eat in Union or Florence. Friendly staff (Amber was on point), beautiful facility, fair prices, and awesome atmosphere. Food was even better than expected (Hint: got an inside tip that the Buffalo Chicken Nachos were amazing....they did not disappoint). We even got to chat with the owners (great folks) when they weren't busy helping the staff serve, bus, or take orders!
