(June 1, 2021, 2:18 am)Newest residential housing development in Davis. The city rarely approved new housing development on new land. This is likely the only one in what? 10 or 20 years? Probably not again in another 10 years.

(January 20, 2019, 12:42 pm)The houses are beautiful and the view is very nice when you walk around it. But there are a few flaws to the area. Some of the bushes never get trimmed especially between the town homes and apartments, and the construction crews out there aren't safe. My kids and I were walking down the street and they were throwing roof tiles off a 2 story into a trailer and they were bouncing out onte the cement as we were walking past. Not osha safe lol. But still a beautiful and quiet place.
(June 23, 2018, 12:55 pm)Homes are crammed together. But there are some great builders building at Cannery. And some great loft style homes too. If you absolutely love Davis. This is the perfect place for you to live.
