“What a warm friendly place of business. Caleb is greets with a warm smile. He listens to your concerns and addresses each one fully. This was my first time at the shop, so I was prepared to be over sold on what needed to be done on my car. It was definitely not the case with Caleb. I was very impressed when I received a text (and email) with a complete breakdown of my vehicle inspection, including pictures of each part of the car that was inspected...which was the entire car. My car was taken in for an oil change. The tires needed to be rotated, because the front were wearing out fasted than the back. He did at no additional cost. The only regret is that I did not bring my car to him years ago, when my friend first mentioned AWS. This shop is a great model for what customer service should be at all places of business. “My experience at Crown Dodge was nice. Scott was my Service Advisor, he was very professional for his position at Crown. I brought my vehicle in at first to get a diagnostic done. In the time I was setting my appointment, Scott went ahead and looked to see if I had any recalls needing to be done, which there was. I was impressed when he gave me the option to either include or not to include the recalls, instead of automatically including them into the work order. The next day I followed up with him, and he told me that his mechanic was taking on extra work at the time and the truck was going to have to stay another day and told me it will be done the next day. So, I had requested if my one day loaner vehicle can be extended passed the original loan period, and he said that is completely fine. Scott contacted me the next day saying the work was completed and vehicle ready for pick up. Upon arrival Scott and his mechanic met me outside with my vehicle and went over the work that was performed in detail and a way that I would understand. I would have given a 5 star rating, but the wait times on the phone where taking up to 10 min or longer. Next time I visit Crown, I will be looking forward to meeting with Scott again and him assisting me with my needs. Thanks.”

“Mekaniks Plus is great. Couldn’t be happier to have found these pros. Very cordial and accommodating, they check the car and found out that my AC blower motor was not working well. I don’t use the AC in winter so I would not have known what happened. What had happened is that when another company replaced my windshield they had dropped a piece of rubber molding in the AC blower. I called the windshield repair company and they rectify the issue. If they wouldn’t have checked the AC, this repair would of cost me a small fortune. Thank you Sergio and the team!”
