They truly go up and beyond to help you. They took a package I was sending to my daughter in NJ (a handmade crochet queen blanket) that was going to cost $75.00, unpackaged it for me and got the postage to $40.00. I just cried!!! “This Post Office is where I go whenever I need to get a letter or package dropped off and shipped to whomever. Usually, I don't go out of my way to stay stocked up on postage stamps at home, so when the time comes that I have a letter or something to mail out, I just stop by this post office. This location is conveniently right around the corner from the neighborhood I live in so I can walk to this Post Office location in less than ten minutes. Every experience I've had for the last two and a half years I've lived at my current address, I've never had a negative or bad issue with them. All of the employees have always been helpful and friendly, never had an issue or request that did not get solved or taken care of right away. My only complaint is that I almost always go inside this post office and have to wait in line behind 4 or 5 people before I can get up to an employee to assist me. Now I understand that waiting and long lines are just a part of shopping anywhere you go, as well as this particular Post Office location is definitely small and has only so many workers at the front assisting customers or working at the cash registers. I just wish they had like a small automated machine set up to just assist with anyone in need of purchasing just a single stamp. Really it isn't even that big of an issue and I have really only positive things to say about this place aside from that one thing. One last thing that is awesome about them is how beneficial I found them to be around the holidays and the ease of living so close helped get many packages and presents out in the mail early and on time for the holidays.”
