As to the comment below about worker's compensation, not all doctors perform worker's compensation evaluations... If Dr. Limpiado cannot perform that service, you cannot expect to be seen for that. I am assuming that you did not mention you were being seen for a pending worker's compensation case... So how you inferred that her not doing worker's compensation = her denying that you got injured at work is questionable to me...”
