He is very attentive and ensures safe workouts and helps with health goals. The time and effort is worth it. Especially in the fun loving environment
(December 26, 2021, 12:48 am)Gary is a great powerlifting coach. Very knowledgeable about weightlifting and a super patient guy. I’ve trained with him for 1 year now and have confidently competed in 2 meets with his help.

Friendly, easy to understand, very personable!
Great at making the coaching portion of exercise easy to comprehend even for people new to the sport!
