“Found the hotel by happenstance - stopped for a lunch at Layla and fell in love with the property. We were staying at another hotel but promptly checked out and checked in at MacArthur Place instead! The property was incredibly beautiful with plenty of winding garden paths between buildings, lots of places to sit and enjoy the scenery with swings and fire pits. The room was similarly beautiful and well decorated. Everything in the hotel feels very deliberate and thoughtful, with a perfect mix of luxury and comfort. Service was exceptional. Hands down one of our favorite parts about the visit here, will definitely come back!”

“I'm not a big pamper kinda guy but I have to say that I actually really enjoyed my facial with Erin. First off, Erin was warm, authentic, and down to earth. After giving me a quick tour of the spa, she took time to ask me questions and find out what was going on with my skin and to understand my concerns. I felt like she shared her expertise and knowledge of the skin in a way that didn't talk down to me but also didn't overwhelm me with info I didn't need to know. Then the facial began and I pretty much drifted off into bliss. I do think I caught myself lightly snoring once or twice. By the time it was all done, I was so relaxed that I had to go for a short walk around the block before I felt in my body enough to safely drive home. I've only remember feeling that relaxed after a full body massage. Then the feed back I received from my husband later that evening was pretty nice too. It was something to the effect of: "Wow! You look great!" I will be making another appointment with Erin for sure.”

She's so sweet and helpful, I even privately contacted her to help me with a plan for massage on the day I planned to ask my now fiance to marry me. She made it happen and kept it a secret! All the employees at Calistoga Massage are great! We have Kat, Victoria and Amber the most, they all have a little different style ranging from deep tissue to relaxing, but are great! We always leave feeling so relaxed and better then when we came in! There prices are really affordable! I also visit Dr. Tyson for my chiropractic needs and that's great, he gives me tips to stay healthy and to help me not have to come visit him as often. I have never had a negative experience or problem in all the years I've come here, highly recommend this business!”
