I am writing to recommend, Jim and Raquel, two of the employees who work for this trucking company. I accidentally backed my car off an embankment and into a ditch near the company headquarters in Sonoma. Although Jim was on his way to an appointment - he nonetheless stopped to help me and Raquel came out to help too. They literally pulled me out of the ditch in a matter of minutes. They were extraordinarily kind, professional and helpful. They are a credit to this business and with employees like this you can’t go wrong. I can’t recommend them enough.
