“Dr. Granath gave me the most thorough exam I’ve ever had as a new patient. The previous biological dentist I went to 4 years ago told me I needed several fillings replaced, he wanted me to have my wisdom teeth (that never came in) removed, and insisted on a multi-appointment process for basic cleaning. After my first cleaning, I did not return due to my difficult life situation and lack of finances. And I truly felt like he was not being honest, but was simply trying to see how much money he could get out of me. Dr. Granath, however, after examining my mouth, told me that all my current fillings looked fine, did not recommend removing my wisdom teeth, and said that all I need is one basic cleaning to remove tartar build-up. Okay... WOW... that’s a completely different opinion! He was very nice, sincerely honest, very knowledgeable about Celiac Disease (which is one reason I chose him), spent considerable time with me, and was not trying to get me to have a bunch of work I didn’t need. I’m so happy I decided to check him out and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a caring, compassionate dentist who uses the safest and least toxic materials possible.”

“I haven’t had a dentist in years! I had a filling come out and called Santa Rosa Dental. They explained their sister site at Oakmont took my insurance plan and that they could see me the next day for a check up. Their office staff was super friendly and made you feel comfortable. I didn’t wait long at all to be seen and saw Michael Rice, who really cares about the work he does. He is passionate about teeth and it shows. He took the time to explain my X-rays to me and showed me exactly what he needed to do on my next visits. His front desk “Katherine” I believe is super knowledgeable and patient when explaining your coverage and payment options. Needless to say I had a root canal and crown put on top that was odd enough, enjoyable. I wasn’t in much pain and Dr’s made the process easy and let me watch some of the work through a mirror. I phoned around a bit checking prices and trying to get a 'feel' of the different Santa Rosa offices. When I called Dr. Abel's office, Megan answered and was so pleasant, caring, and down-to-earth I immediately ended my search and made an appointment. During my appointment, Evelyn handled the X Ray procedure with such charm and efficiency that it was completed before I knew it. Dr. Able spent more time examining me and provided more valuable (and pertinent to me) information than I've ever received from a dentist. (I'm 66 and have visited many dentists.) I'm really pleased with the quality of service provided by everyone at this office.”

“Dr Richards has been my our family's dentist since I was in grade school. (Thats like 45 years ago) and I don't have a single bad thing to say about him or his office. I'm told by his daughter, at 88 years old he finally retired a couple years ago. He'll be sorely missed by me and many others. He is a thoughtful and charitable man and a good dentist. His best advice ever given me was this: "Something wrong with your teeth? Don't worry about it. They'll go away eventually." Ha! Did I mention he has a good sense of humor also? He does.”

I have received great care from them. My temporary crown fell off and they squeezed me in and fixed it the very next day! I drive for three hours just to come to this office.
