Francisco is polite and knowledgeable; courteous as well. Firestone remembered to put my best old tire on my spare rim after replacing the others. Something I forgot to ask. Thumbs up to Francisco, Trey and the team at Wilkinson Firestone.

I absolutely love taking my car here. I have been coming here for about 2 years and everyone is so nice and helpful. Anytime I bring my car here the staff upfront does a great job explaining things that need to be done, sometimes the technician even shows me the problem so I understand it better. I brought my car here when Firestone was doing a special for healthcare workers a couple months back. I had no idea about the special until the manager Trey handed me my ticket. It really made my day! It is truly nice for Firestone to do something kind during this crazy time and it really touched my heart.
