Our regular vet referred us to the care center. Our youngest cat is having some behavioral problems, so a neurological exam was in order. The doctor was very nice. He communicated his findings and opinion clearly, and professionally. There were no problems found with our girl. Whew. The cost was a bit higher than we expected but worth every penny. The center, it's a hospital as well, is very clean and well run. If something serious happened with any of our cats this is the place we plan to go.

Was great to hear the words test is negative and have them suggest monitoring rather then suggest a whole new set of tests to cost us more and more. Internal medicine people are great and very high degree of integrity!!

I believe that this place is outstanding, their care is the best and their people are extremely compassionate. My cat Layla was sick over Thanksgiving holiday, she is a nine-year-old long hair beautiful cat we adopted her when we were young and we were healthy but that is no longer the case. I've been out of work because I have a rare disease. I haven't been able to get disability and so we're genuinely living off of my husbands SSI. So when Layla became sick we were devastated knowing that we wouldn't be able to pay for her to be seen. The kind people at this Hospital give her the necessary fluids she needed and an antibiotic shot, they donated this to us, they did not have to. There is a wonderful vet tech there, her name is Dominique. I'll never forget her, she gifted Layla with another set of antibiotics which I believe got Layla over the hump. I don't have much family and I've never been able to have children my pets are my children, so when someone that doesn't have to, steps in to help you, the grace of that moment is forever etched into your heart. I can genuinely say that I love these people from an unadulterated place in my heart! Thank you VCA for your kindness, for your compassion and for your great skills that you use to save our pets, friends, family's, our companions, our children! Special thanks to Dr. Wingate and to the lovely vet tech Dominique! We will always remember your kindness!
