“I was nervous (I’m always nervous about the doctor) but hearing services employees put me at ease! The woman at the front desk (dark hair, French nails) was super friendly! She didn’t make me feel weird for being nervous. She got me into the system super fast and offered me some snacks and drinks for my wait, which ended up only being enough time for me to fill out the paperwork! Super quick service! The building was clean and welcoming. The waiting area was cozy. The hearing tech was wonderful as well and explained everything to me, and also answered all my questions. she gave me the results of my test right away! I don’t think that my visit took any more than 20 minutes tops which is amazing . I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs hearing tests or hearing related services.”
