“I came here a few weeks ago to get a drill index so I could drill up a bracket. The technician behind the counter gave me an index card with all of the available bits they had in stock. While useful in some regards, it had little use when it comes to drilling actual holes. I explained to the technician what a drill index is and they got it for me. The slight confusion was made better by the technician's positive attitude and the fact that this place always has the sharpest drill bits in town!”
