“I had ordered two replacement camera batteries to be shipped to Korea, and paid for priority international. However, they did not arrive by the cutoff time, and so I called in. Apparently, they had sent the batteries with the totally wrong shipping method! To be honest, I was quite mad as they said it would take 6-8 weeks, but I had paid nearly $40 shipping for within 10 days. However, they sent me two more with the proper shipping for no extra cost, as well as saying that the first two batteries will be mine when they do finally arrive. Although I think it was quite a big mistake to make, and there would have been no rectification had I not called myself, they did everything they could to make it right. Although I cannot give 5 stars, I am satisfied with how the situation was resolved.”

“Great place! They have a lot of nice slabs and a nice variety of woods. We picked up some 10ft Redwood for a dining room table and a nice 6ft piece of Sweet gum for a fire place mantle. Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful.”

“A new member (1 month so far) at Excel Fitness - Dixon and there are only positive things i have to say for this place. The staff have been wonderful at all times and always willing to help out. It's 24 hours which is great especially because i usually work till 10 pm and so having the accessibility is great. They have all the tools and equipment that I'd like to use and more which has allowed me to loose 10 pounds so far and hopefully shape my body to my desire. Cheers!”
