“Had Central Coast Ambulance take my 95 year old mother to a doctors appointment. She had a broken leg and was in great pain and discomfort. But she had to go to the podiatrist for evaluation after having been at the emergency room where they put a boot on her. The crew was very kind and careful with mom and understood the pain she was in. They told her that they would drive slowly so as not to cause any more discomfort. They transferred her gently from her bed to their gurney. They were on time and got mom to her appointment at the right time. I hired them to stay for the entire appointment, called standby, so that they could take her back without having to wait. All in all they were great and I have made an appointment with them for mom's next doctor appointment in 3 weeks. They obviously knew how to treat someone as delicate and infirm as a 95 year old woman. And the price was very reasonable.”
