I had gone to a few people who didn’t really help my hair- it was damaged and breaking off- Val gave me a super conditioning and got my hair back in shape. I love the color she gave me- the last person put a lot of red in the color, which translated into Brassy for me. She also fixed an uneven cut I recently got.
