So far, Crystal has been super sweet, SUPER honest, and easy to talk to!! Eren at the front desk has a great energy and he seems very efficient. I had my consultation today, the 26th and soon she will go to work on my ugly, grown out, faded dyed red hair. Red is never easy to get out, but she was forthcoming about the end possibilities and seems experienced in going from red to blonde. I should also note, Crystal was willing to work out a plan that not only fit our vision for my hair, but a plan that my wallet could handle and I respect that about her.
