“What a gem for the neighborhood for young families. Great for very young toddlers, even new walker. Most of the kids that come here are 4 and under. A great place to meet other new parents. So clean and well-maintained. Picnic table is shady the whole day. Total amount of shade is better in the morning than in the afternoon.”

My only gripe is there are not enough washers & dryers on site. But there are plenty of laundromats around.
