Top Parks in Menlo park, San mateo county, California, United states

Perboly's Garden

Address: 1495 Woodland Ave, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA

Park

“Wonderful environment, hip crowd, and good food. Only marred by Perpoly paying more attention to his dinner than his guests. Though, to be fair, he was charming later..”

Kelly Park

Address: 100 Terminal Ave, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA

Park

“Was fun clean area we used the tennis courts. It's close to the freeway so it's a little noisy from cars passing but other than that it's great has tall trees providing plenty of shade on both tennis courts, there's 2. There's a field you can play soccer/rugby/football near by and a track circling it. My son enjoyed riding his scooter there. There is construction in the front so just ride around and you'll see field and courts.”

Fremont Park

Address: Santa Cruz Ave & University Dr, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA

Park

“I know it is not the biggest park. But it is local and it is nice. Parking is big and easy and I can tell you that I like Fremont Park.”

Willow Oaks Park

Address: 490 Willow Rd, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA

Park

“Parking is a little sparse. It's at the light of Coleman and the driveway to enter is a little narrow if there is another vehicle exiting. This playground is great for my 2 and 5 year old. Not too big where I'm not running around in circles and can still keep a close eye on the other one if they get separated. It is enclosed which benches and a nice walking path around the perimeter. Good shade from lots of trees. To the left, there is a huge grassy field for a lot of doggy owners to meet and their canines to romp around together. Also great for your little one to run loose and kick a soccer ball. It is one of those parks that do not get too crowded which I appreciate. There is no need to worry about a big kid hustling my little one, although there was a boy that pushed my 2 year old girl to the ground trying to get up the ladder and it took some inner strength not to react and say something because the parents were not paying attention so what was the point.”

Madrone Group Picnic Area

“Held a welcome back to scouts picnic. The area was clean and well-maintained. I'd like to see the county simply absorb the parking fees, though. (I'm willing to pay taxes and do on services I don't get. Let's just make this easier and encourage use of this county asset.)”
