“I started coming to Jimmy after another Mercedes repair shop in Redwood City closed. I really trusted that guy in RWC and was looking for another person I could trust. So far Jimmy is that guy. He will tell you what needs to be fixed and what can wait. The quotes are less than the stealership but if you insist on OE/OEM parts like me, you’ll pay a little more. The only thing I can complain about is Jimmy’s handwriting. His writing is illegible like a doctor’s prescription and maybe the shop should provide printed service invoices in the future.”

They never gave up on the car and it is now running and sounding like a dream. The car feels and sounds brand new. They communicated with me each and everything they did to the car. No surprises. They also gave me good advice and no purchase pressure at all. Outstanding customer service. The garage is under new owners so forget the few bad reviews from a couple of years ago. “Usually, honesty and integrity are mutually exclusive when it comes to body/automotive shops but Masters is one of the few exceptions. This is a family run business and the son, Erik, is now running the business. We can here for a quote due to an insurance referral and Erik gave us a very candid assessment. He helped us understand the insurance process and actually recommended that we not fix our car due to the age and residual value. We ended up taking his advice and just asked the insurance company for a check for the repairs which meant that we were unable to give them any business. That being said, we wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Master’s for any automotive needs.”

“I can't thank the owner enough! I was about to buy a car from someone in Daly City. I called this shop for PPI but I was there too late (4.45pm). Yet the owner made an exception for me and helped me checked out the car when the shop is about to close. It turned out the car's odometer was rolled back to 130k from 300k miles, and the catalytic converter was an after market one. He saved me from a lot of headaches and money with a very bad car I was about to buy. The best thing was how he showed his professionalism and honesty in his work. You can even feel it when you talk to him and I admire it so much! He even charged me only $50 instead of $125 like his normal price. This is the best auto shop I've ever been to. Trust me!”

“Someone vandalize my car. I called my insurance provider to file a claim. They recommended the Auto 360 for repair. I drop my car on Monday morning at 8:00 AM for repairs. They called the enterprise car rental to pick me up to rent a car. They sent a repair estimation quote to my insurance provider. The repair was done on time within days. They follow up after the car repair completed. I went on Friday morning in my rental car and handover to them. They have taken care of my car rental drop-off to Enterprise. I was surprised because they repaired my car like a brand new car. Their customer service was awesome. Next time, I will go to Auto 36o again and I will recommend this place if you need auto repair.”

“Outstanding service with a smile! 10/10 recommend. When I pulled into the shop, my car had several warning lights that I had no idea how to interpret. I found Kevin working on another car, and as soon as he saw me, dropped everything he was doing and came to figure out what was wrong. Right then and there, he outlined what kind of repairs to expect and what the causes could have been. He patiently answered each of my questions with a thorough explanation, demonstrating his in-depth experience. I left my car there for nearly a week, during which the shop ensured my car's safety since it was particularly easy to steal parts from. During this time, Kevin answered his phone several times after hours to discuss procedures for the car. Upon my approval, Kevin and his team started work right away and kept working until 10 PM on Friday. The following day when I came for my car, not only was it working like new but Kevin installed an extra feature out of the kindness of his heart. He and his team fixed the electronics allowing me to no longer use my keys to unlock - BIG WIN! Kevin and his associates work extremely hard at a fair price and ensure their clients are aware of all aspects of the project before being billed. Great experience from start to finish - I found my new mechanic and am happy to know I have a safe place I can bring my car to for future troubles.”

“I had a hard time finding a place to smog my older car. All the nearby spots had their machines down. I gave them a call and they said they could do it. The guy doing the smog was courteous and efficient. He was very safe and informed everyone of the progress and wait times. If you're in the area give this place a shot.
