“I was suffering with sciatica pain and looking the chiropractor in mountain house area and found this location, Before going to this office i have visited many chiropractor and physiotherapist, but my pain did not go away, i would not say they are not good , they might not able to read the actual problem. So here is my experience after entering in to this office, the lady seating on front desk was very polite and greeted with smile and asked me to fill up the form where is the pain area and all, than nurse came and asked me to go to the water bed so muscle can be relaxed before they start twisting your body :) , she was also very soft spoken and answered all the questions. Than finally Dr. Russell asked me the issue and he did his trick and half of the pain go away in first visit, today i had my second visit and I am in better shape now, I have scheduled one more on near future. I would definitely recommend this office if you are going through any pains or aches. I did not get a chance to get the name of front desk lady otherwise i would have mentioned here, but all the staffs and Doctors are beyond the expectations. Thank you !!!!”

My sons are having a great time and learning great self defense skills. My youngest daughters have a blast as well building their confidence & self defense skills. The gym is always clean & staff is always friendly, helpful, and very well skilled. Definitely well worth your time and I recommend the Mountain location for your jiu-jitsu training needs.”

“I started doing yoga more than a year ago and have thoroughly enjoyed the class. BKS Iyengar yoga is very different from other yoga classes that I have tried. It emphasizes correct posture over simplicity. Vidya follows these principles and ensures every student does it in the right form. She does an excellent job teaching, giving instructions and correcting your forms even when the class is on Zoom. If you want to learn yoga the right way, then look nowhere else. “We enrolled our 3ys old son in Little Wonder Preschool. The school has a good play area that allows different types of gatherings and activities. Their program includes many fun seasonal art, craft, and performances. Ms. Anita takes good care of him and communicates with me regularly on the progress of my son’s adjustment and improvement. She worked with me to help potty trained my son, and to correct his misdemeanors. Throughout these past 4 months, Ms.Anita is very caring, patient, and attentive, while teaching my son good manners, behaviors and attitudes, along with academic knowledge. In addition, Ms. Anita does assessments to see if my son was on the right track in every aspect and discussed with me to see if there was anything we could help him to do better. I am very pleased to see my son’s growth and joy at Little Wonder preschool within a short period of time and my son also loves to go to school every day with so much of excitement.
