“Went here for a relaxing massage because my lower back was hurting and I was in the area. I walked in and the lobby had a nice water fountain which made the ambiance relaxing. Ada was the massage therapist and she was very attractive. The other woman there was very pretty too. Ada did a great massage focusing on my lower back and my hamstrings and really worked out tge tightness in my shoulders. The music was relaxing, tge massage was fantastic and Ada was very nice. I recommend this place to anyone. I will certainly come back.”

“There is a great variety of machines and a lot of space allowing everyone to get their workout in even when crowded. One key problem here is that there is a lack of free weight barbells. If you want to squat more than 70 lbs you are left with no option other than the guided squat rack. I don’t see why they don’t also have free weight racks along with the guided ones..”
