“I have been going to Holiday Cleaners for years. All the nearby cleaners have similar price range, but this place is the most convenient and best in my opinion. Especially for my linens! They don’t speak English well, but they try their very best to communicate. Before any dry cleaning or alterations, I would explain what I wanted done and they would tell me the estimated cost. I mean come on this is San Francisco.”

“Within walking distance of plenty of lodging which is a huge bonus to me. They have free WiFi. Services are very fair prices. Extremely affordable. Machines are all in service during my visit. Not busy at all on a Sunday afternoon. The facility itself is quaint and cozy. Very tidy and inviting. Outlets on the wall if you need to charge up. Change machine on site as it is quarter only machines. Soap dispenser with powdered tide and also dry sheets for now. Very satisfied with my visit. This definitely isn't a place you can do a ton of laundry at but I'd say an even 4 loads max is a fair assumption on a slow day and 2 Max on a busy day is fair. It's a small place and it's just not ideal or fair to use up the machines doing pounds of laundry. The do a wash and dry service but I self served.”

“Honestly, Selina is the best! I brought in my wedding dress to be cleaned, and given that we had a forest wedding, the bottom of the dress was full of dirt, pine needles and bits of trees. I didn’t have much hope that the mud and pine needles could be removed from the delicate lace without damaging it. When we picked the dress up a week later, I was so surprised to see how clean it was! Just like new! Thank you so much, Selina! Really, amazing job! 😊”

“Update: They reached out to me on Monday, just as they said they would, and have helped figure out a way to refund the cleanings I wasn't aware I was paying for, despite the length of time that had passed. I appreciate their creative problem solving, and their responsiveness. I've changed my rating to reflect this. Minus one star because we couldn't figure out why my cleaning got changed originally. But had I checked more diligently and followed up more quickly it would have been easier for everyone. Original review: 2 stars for ease of booking and the fact that the cleaners always arrived within the time they said they would, with no issues. My issue is that I was unknowingly paying for deep cleaning for months, when I only wanted basic cleaning, and was in fact forgiving some cleaning oversights (dirty/sticky floors mostly) due to the fact that I had emailed them specifically saying I wanted to switch to a basic cleaning ongoing, and they had confirmed they would do so. When I raised the issue to them they asked to see pictures of the issues, but did nothing to address the rest of it. I cannot see the difference between the deep clean vs. basic clean on their website, so maybe my standards are different from what they commit to. But the deep clean was very expensive for very inconsistent quality.”

“They called me to ask if something should be dry cleaned or washed when I threw it in with my regular laundry. It was a good call because it would have destroyed a beloved dress to be washed instead of dry cleaned. They speak English and Spanish, will learn your face after only a couple of visits. I'd say customer relations is the best thing going here and not a lot of places can say that. Their work is quality.”
