“I was the buyers agent for one of Michael's listings and I will say it's refreshing to have a transparent Realtor who works really hard for his clients. It was a good communication line at all times.”

“Dr. Douglas R. Price-Hanson, MD was the best doctor I ever had the pleasure of knowing, if only for a short time. He was referred to me thru an acquaintance, and she couldn't speak more highly of him., for many years of her knowing him. In the short time(before insurance issues), I was feeling better and more comfortable and hopeful that he could really help me. He listened very good and genuinely seemed to care. He wasn't looking at his watch and saying " Uh-huh, Uh-huh, Uh-huh....." Thanks Sir”

“I love this store! Andronico’s on Irving/Funston in the Inner Sunset is the best! The customer service is top-notch and they take your requests to heart! When I walked in last weekend, two weeks before Passover, to find a huge Passover offerings display, running down the aisle between the frozen foods section, I was in awe! Thank you so much for stocking such a beautiful display for one of the most important holidays of the Jewish calendar!”

“I've only ever been inside the Multiuse Building and the Rec Center for a swim class at Ocean Campus. City College multiple sites across San Francisco and classes are offered both in person, hybrid, and online (sync and asynchronous). Languages like Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, German, Italian, French, and Tagalog are regularly offered, although sessions are fewer for higher level courses. Except for Spanish and Mandarin, the expectation is that you'll transfer to an institution with more advanced level classes. The college has a number of defunct certificate programs and cool classes that are no longer offered, eg app and game design in the computer science department. The Ocean campus is walking distance from Balboa Park Station, a terminus for the K, M, and J trains + the BART trains going toward Daly City/Millbrae/SFO. There's also a ton of parking, although it isn't all free. The community college is free if you're an SF resident. You pay some or all your tuition upfront, and it's refunded throughout the semester (that's been my experience). I was able to register and get my account working in very little time. Taking CS classes that use the Hills computer for submitting homework are hell on earth. Not all professors explain how to access the College's SQL database or how to remote login into the terminal. In those situations, you wonder why you're taking a class in the first place since you need to do 99% of your learning and troubleshooting on your own. I've only used the counseling services to get my units approved or to schedule my graduation, but the few counselors I've interacted with are very helpful and proactive. If you want to save money before transferring, you can't go wrong with City College. If you just want to take a class for fun or work on a certificate, there are tons of useless courses on computer networking / frontend development, paralegal stuff, construction management, and basically every Math course you'd want before upper level engineering / science stuff.”

“My daughter is a freshman this year. I debated on the school because of the many private schools in the Bay Area, but we made the right choice! Lick is amazing!! Challenging academics, inclusive mentality and enough diversity to reflect our community (socio-economic and ethnic). The kids are challenged to step up and be future leaders and care about their community. There is a sense of independence and empowerment instilled in the kids. I cant say anything negative about the place. My kid loves it and so do I. Outstanding place to go to school... They also have a great "café" with a chef, great sports, lots of extracurricular activities and clubs, beautiful campus and incredible staff and support for the kids and the parents. I have High School Envy!”

“I have been going to Rani’s for almost 10 years she is amazing and does a great job. She is especially good at doing men’s eyebrows so that they look natural yet well kept and not too thin like a woman or female impersonator… Which is totally OK if that is the look you want or the profession you were in”

“Was looking for a quick bite to eat near my new apartment ..ran into the sign … decided to try them out…. I stood at the counter for a few before being acknowledged (but there wasn’t any other customers in line). The greeting wasn’t the friendliest, I attempted to give smiles & convo asking if they sold Cafè Du Monde Beignets… since the coffee had such a massive display. She was clueless even after I pointed out the coffee. I went on to state it’s my 1st time visiting and I’m new to SF to help her improve to no avail. I informed her that I thought the Basil chicken or The Gai Sansho sandwich looked interesting; which did she recommend? She stated I should try the chicken sandwich. I looked at the picture confirmed what came with it (seasoned waffle fries, a can drink, & a choice of sauce). I didn’t see the sauce choice listed only pictured. I asked the cashier what are the choices as if I didn’t just tell her it’s my FIRST TIME VISITING… she mentioned two as if she didn’t know herself what the choices of sauce are. I went with Spicy Mayo & Sweet Chili! Cashier gave me my receipt & informed me of my order number. I waited on my food and observed the atmosphere & took pictures … location is in the thick of the city (construction near by, neighborhood Fentanyl friendly, and shoppers, but once inside it’s quiet, relaxing, & a little opportunity to shut off the city. Cashier calls my number & I take my food to go ((she’s still dry & not engaging…no thank you come again, welcome to the neighborhood…nothing) I paid cash of $15 . Got back to my apartment, opened my food: Great portions, nice presentation, & fresh ingredients!! I picked up this massive sandwich & applied the spicy Mayo to a bite and it was delicious but the perfect partner for the slaw, pickles, bun, and seasoning on the chicken is the sweet Thai chili …. Ohhhhhh myyyyy word….. do yourself a favor & go try this sandwich combo … the marriage with the seasoned waffle fries leaves nothing but joy in your mouth!! You will not be disappointed… I’m going again today to get another sandwich! 😍🙃🤤 the sandwich is 5 star for sure!! The service needs improvement.”
