“I love working out at Olympus. The coaches constantly push me to be my best. The workouts are completely different and unique every single day. I really like the mobility, stretching, and warm ups that are incorporated in every class. I was very reluctant to try crossfit at first. The coaches are very knowledgeable about adjusting exercises to make all movements possible for everyone. They genuinely care about each athlete. “Asher is fantastic. I was hesitant at first because his prices are higher than I'm used to paying for physical therapy or massage, but I was putting him in the wrong category with that thinking. He did, in literal minutes, what months of physical therapy could not. While massage feels good, it did very little in the way of repairing injuries I had. Asher on the other hand needed very little explaining or prompting. I told him my elbow had been hurting. He did some extremely painful poking for about 5 minutes and 80% of the pain was gone. It is incredible how quickly he is able to find the spots in the muscle that are messed up and how quickly he can make those spots stop being messed up. I highly recommend Asher. Don't waste your time with months of physical therapists and massage therapists and YouTube videos and chiropractors. Visit Asher first. It will save you so much time and money in the long run.”

“Everyone at this location is so helpful and friendly. The receptionist desk is always busy the young ladies are always cheerful and helpful. JULIA is absolutely fantastic always a pleasure to see her. Her smile is contagious and always a cheerful hello. BREEANNA is very kind and cheerful. My physical therapist assistant is RANDELL he is kind extremely patience and most of all helpful funny and caring. Physical therapy can be hard at times but in my opinion they all wanted to help you feel better and it shows in their treatments and care for you as an individual. MARK HOWELL is my Therapist and he is caring helpful and always takes the time each vìsit to see how you are doing. He really watches and listens to you. The whole staff works together as a team. Scheduling your appointments is very easy with all the sweet and pleasant front desk staff. The place is very clean and sanitary. Everything is wiped down and sanitized!! Tables are disinfected from head to toe and pillow cases are changed???? Bathrooms are fresh clean and well maintained.”
