“I have had very bad experiences with another “good reputation” Vista cleaner. I was pleasantly surprised that this outfit is the best carpet/tile cleaner I've ever used. When I read reviews before hiring them, I was very skeptical that they (like other businesses) had posted a bunch of dummy reviews saying how great they are. I've come to believe that their other reviews (giving them 5 stars or highest ratings) are legit as is this one. In summary, here are my thoughts about their service: They showed up on time and were extremely flexible with what I wanted for the price I wanted and when I wanted it. I was moving overseas (I've active duty) and they worked around my movers' schedules. Jimmy, the manager, was extremely professional as was his brother Sam. I trust them. Were that I not moving, I'd definitely use their service again and recommend it to my family. That's the best compliment I can give them. By the way, they got out stains I thought would stay regardless of their treatment and efforts. ”
